Since 1969, Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions has been matching the energetic and hard-working jobseekers of the Hudson Valley with the career opportunities provided by our diverse community of employers. Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions began as the employment agency Ethan Allen Personnel (now Ethan Allen Recruitment) which was founded in 1969. In response to the needs of the employers in the Hudson Valley, we started the temporary staffing agency Dutchess Temps (now Ethan Allen Staffing) in 1982. To further enhance our permanent placement and temporary staffing services, we incorporated Staff-Line, Inc. our (PEO) Professional Employer Organization In 1992. In 2014 we added recruitment process outsourcing to our services which are provided by Ethan Allen RPO.
