ESCARGOT infuses technology with good design to create premium grade mobile device accessories for users who value function without sacrificing form. Escargot was born in 2012 in New York City, with its first product Spixi, a new take on retractable cables for smartphones. On September 21, 2012, Escargot went to the iPhone 5 lines of the Apple Stores in Manhattan to announce their new product by giving away thousands of free iPhone 5 screen protectors, making several thousands of New Yorkers happy that morning. We had the honor of the very first person in line at the flagship Apple Store on Fifth Ave, to kickoff our kickstarter campaign by clicking the launch button to make it live.
