About Emerald Quilts
Custom bedquilts and wall-hangings, exotic pillowcases, memorial cushion-covers, and hand-painted murals. My early training was in landscape painting, showing professionally for more than 18 years in Florida. Then in 2001, I was visiting in Charleston SC and took my first hand-quilting class. Gradually my artwork with fabric came to replace my love of oil-painting outdoors. In just the right way, it combines my fascination with color, nature, and texture.
