Milo started EDP in 1981 in Denver. He has enjoyed helping professionals further their careers whether candidate or client. He is certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. He has a BS Mathematics from Arizona State University which he received in 1968 while the sole support of a wife and two kids. While attending school, Milo worked full time five years at a computer factory at night debugging newly manufactured (by hand) computer mainframes with an oscilloscope and a logic diagram of the computer circuits. After graduating, Milo took a job maintaining operating systems on super computers using assembler languages. Six years later he went into sales, selling several multimillion dollar computers over five years. While trying to get another computer sales job, he was attracted to the recruiting business itself.
