About Edible Extras Food Pantry Inc.
In December 2010 Edible Extras Food Pantry, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization, was formed in order to obtain usable food items from grocery stores and restaurants. Edible Extras Food Pantry’s mission is to provide food to the needy by operating as the link between donor agencies and non-profit feeding programs including community outreach programs with feeding opportunities. All this is done with a strictly volunteer work force and at no time is anyone charged for the food items they receive.
