Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) is a non-profit organization providing free or low-cost, high quality civil legal services to low income residents of East and Northeast King County, Washington and Domestic Violence legal aid throughout King County, Washington. ELAP has over 200 volunteer attorneys, and two DV staff attorneys who provide civil legal aid services. In 2012 ELAP celebrated its 23rd Anniversary. Since opening our doors we have served over 50,000 low-income residents of King County. The need for civil legal aid today is even greater than 20 years ago. We stand ready to meet this need.
