East Village Youth Program Careers in Chicago, IL

Founded in 1989, the mission of East Village Youth Program is to encourage and prepare primarily low-income, Latino youth for college education, and ultimately graduation. EVYP further strives to support these youth as they pursue their college degrees and enter professional careers. As a resource for high school and college students, EVYP helps students become well-rounded young adults by providing educational, social, and community guidance. EVYP is a safe, after school program where students can learn to be comfortable in their own skin, while developing their future plans. The goal of the high school program is for students to understand the value of their high school experience and how it relates to college success.
