Our attorneys take on district and superior court level state criminal cases as well as federal and state criminal appeals at the N.C. Court of Appeals, N.C. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to criminal work, Dysart Law also focuses on civil litigation, personal injury claims, wills and trusts, and contract law. Established in the fall of 2009, Dysart Law has recently moved to a historic home off of North Blount Street in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
