Denver Nephrologists, P.C. and South Denver Nephrology Associates, PLLC, are announcing the joining of the two organizations, effective April 1, 2016. The new joint organization will operate under the name, Colorado Kidney Care, P.C. Colorado Kidney Care will become the largest nephrology services organization in the State, providing general nephrology, dialysis professional services, research studies, transplant and vascular access center services. These services will be provided through their combined 35 physicians, 10 advanced practitioners, 12 outpatient offices, 21 hospital affiliations and 30 dialysis centers. With over 50 years of service to the greater Denver community, Colorado Kidney Care will expand its service to referring physicians, hospitals and patients, and strengthen its current healthcare partnerships. The organization will continue to focus on the delivery of outstanding care, while providing an excellent service experience.
