I hold local Clean Eating Workshops and webinars for people interested in learning about superfoods, healthy recipes, clean eating food preparation and how/why to stay away from processed foods. I'm just a girl who is passionate about fitness, health and wellness, clean eating and the occasional cheeseburger.
