David's experience began as an assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney (prosecutor) for Fairfax County. That job, in one of the busiest prosecutorial offices in Virginia, afforded David the opportunity to try cases nearly every day. David prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging from minor traffic infractions to serious felonies, from start to finish. Doing so, he learned to interview witnesses, negotiate with Attorneys, organize and prepare evidence, and present the case to the Court and the jury.
