Crown Plastics has been providing quality lighting enclosures to the lighting industry for over 37 years. We started doing business in 1969 in Maryland Heights, Missouri. From 1985 until 1999, we were affiliated with Elkamet Kunstofftechnik of Biedenkopf, Germany and we operated under the name Crown Elkamet, Inc. During this time, we saw many changes including a move to the current location at 918 Airport Road in Festus, Missouri. In this new location, the company added machines and staff, expanded product lines and continued to grow. In February 1999, Inter-Global of St. Louis, Missouri acquired us from Elkamet and we changed our name back to Crown Plastics. Since our acquisition by Inter-Global, Crown Plastics has grown into one of the largest manufacturers of plastic lighting enclosures in the United States.
