Creation Based Health is about reconnecting to life. Our goal is to help you obtain optimum health by providing resources that are empowering, holistic, and effective. Everything we need for optimum health is in creation or nature. There’s no need to “improve” it through civilization or technology. Unfortunately, in our attempt to “civilize” the world, we’ve inadvertently disconnected ourselves from our life-source. Sometimes we need to take one step forward before we can take two steps back towards better health. It also takes common sense and a basic understanding of what it means to be human in order to sort through all the misinformation and low-quality products out there. It’s our belief that most cases of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stress, depression, and other diseases can be prevented by simply eating real food, playing outside, getting plenty of rest, and rediscovering a sense of purpose.
