Construction Mechanics (CMI) was formed from an electric contracting business in 2009 that saw needs in the construction staffing industry that were not being met. Because the ownership of CMI were previously electric contractors for over 20 years, the problems of experience, competitive pay and reliability in people were some issues they faced on a daily basis.
