Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Robert L. Johnston, Peggy Waskom, Darlys Walker and Kevin Carr who were all instrumental in the formation and operation of First Communities Management (FCM). FCM is exclusively an apartment management firm that has a long and distinguished property management track record throughout the Southeast. As the supply and demand for condominium living proliferated since 2000, it quickly became apparent that the successful apartment management principles utilized by FCM were not in practice in the condominium management field.
