Conceptual Marketing International (CMI) is a life sciences consulting company assisting start ups and established companies in all aspects of Commercial Operations and Global Distribution. We have worked with multiple startups, mid-sized and multi-nationals along the Commercial Operations continuum, assisting in everything from product development/product validation, market validation/segmentation, strategic and business planning and developing global sales and marketing strategy. We operate in Europe and Asia on a fee for service basis. That is, we work with manufacturers to establish, expand or upgrade their distribution in Europe and/or Asia. We typically receive either a retainer or a retainer/success based "commission" for our efforts. In Latin America, we have established our own network of sub-distributors.
