The Community Innovation Lab (Co-ilab) works with youth and partners to co-create experiential opportunities where youth can express their talent, acquire new skills, network with industry and community leaders, cross pollinate ideas and jointly generate transformative solutions to society's complex issues while gaining valuable skills for the workplace. Our intervention model is designed to address the gaps that are preventing young people from expressing their creativity, accessing purposeful employment or pursuing social entrepreneurship options.
