CHC is an incorporated, non-profit community health education provider, funded in part by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and other charitable grant or donation opportunities, to help lower the high incidence of chronic diseases. At minimal or no cost, employers, businesses, industries, churches, schools, other community organizations, and groups of any size, can increase their awareness of and motivation for the adoption of healthier lifestyles.
