Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization that administers affordable and efficient pooled special needs trusts for people with disabilities. CCT's mission is to provide affordable administration of Third-Party Special Needs Trusts and Self-Funded Pooled Disability Trusts for people with disabilities while protecting his or her government benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid. CCT acts as the trust administrator, ensuring that disbursements are prompt and for the sole benefit of the Beneficiary. Founded in 1990 by parents who have a child with a disability along with concerned professionals, CCTis managed by a Board of Directors who serves with a caring heart and without compensation.
