The Coalition of Airline Pilots Association (CAPA) is a trade association representing over 22,000 professional pilots. CAPA's purpose is to address safety, security, legislative and regulatory issues affecting the professional flight deck crew member on matters of common interest to the individual member unions. The four member associations of CAPA are Allied Pilots Associations (American Airlines), Independent Pilots Associations (UPS Airlines), US Airline Pilots Associations (US Airways), Teamsters 1224 (ABX Air, Atlas Air, Horizon, Omni Air, Miami Air, Silver Airways, Polar Air, Southern Air and Cape Air).
