The mission of the Cleveland Institute of Music (CIM) is to provide exceptionally talented students from around the world an outstanding, thoroughly professional education in the art of music performance and related musical disciplines. The Institute embraces the legacy of the past and promotes the continuing evolution of music within a supportive and nurturing environment. Degree programs offered by CIM include: Bachelor of Music; Master of Music; Doctor of Musical Arts. These programs are offered through a collaboration with Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) providing the resources of both a professional music school and a large university.
