Civil Tec Engineering & Surveying PC is a full service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm. The partners are Rachel Barese, P.E., Lawrence Torro, P.E., and Joseph Haller, L.S. Rachel and Joseph joined the existing Civil Tec practice which formerly offered only Civil Engineering. Rachel is the youngest member of the company. She is a newly licensed P.E. with a fresh perspective as well as unique engineering skills. Joseph has many years of surveying experience. Larry is a respected engineer in the Lower Hudson Valley with management skills and engineering expertise. Civil Tec has a dynamic and experienced staff with the technical expertise to offer a variety of services for any size project. Because of this, clients can expect a quick turnaround at a fair cost.
