About Children First Inc
Children First is a private, charitable, non-profit organization that serves over 600 of Sarasota County's most vulnerable children, birth to five years of age, and their families. Services are provided at multiple locations throughout Sarasota County. Children First provides early education and family strengthening programs at 13 locations throughout Sarasota County. Kindergarten readiness is our ultimate goal. As the county's exclusive provider of Head Start and Early Head Start, we serve at-risk children from birth to five years old, and their families. We offer what every child deserves—a safe place to learn, nutritious meals, and a nurturing environment.
