Since 1976, CCRC’s mission has been fulfilled through creative, informative and supportive programs and services. CCRC serves over 35,000 children and families each month through Head Start and Early Head Start, two Book, Toy & Resource Library locations, Home Visiting programs, child care financial assistance, child development and parenting workshops, child care provider assistance and training, and child care resource and referral programs.
