We are a non-profit adoption agency licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey serving couples and individuals seeking to adopt children through domestic placement services (agencies/attorneys/facilitators) or through international adoption agencies. We also serve clients who have an identified child to adopt either domestically or internationally.
