As a dual-role car rental agent and car cleaner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the car rental business while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of rental vehicles. Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their rental needs, including vehicle selection, rental agreements, and additional services.
Provide information about rental rates, insurance coverage, and rental policies.
Process rental reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize rental vehicles to ensure they meet company standards and are ready for customer use.
Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and floor mats.
Wash and wax vehicle exteriors to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
Inspect vehicles for damages, spills, or other cleanliness issues, and address them promptly.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and exterior lighting.
Rental Process Management:
Coordinate with rental agents to ensure timely vehicle preparation and availability.
Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and mileage.
