Hands-On Cooking Classes that are taught inside Atherton Market in South End of Charlotte, NC. 5 different levels of classes available with a capacity of 20 people. All of our classes are taught by Chef Alyssa and aimed to be for healthy and sustainable cooking, as a healthy body is a healthy life. Chef Alyssa has cooked at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City twice within the past year, and was named one of the top 5 Best Chefs in Charlotte by CBS Charlotte.
