Curious, hungry for growth and committed to rising the bar every day.We’re looking for a Beverage and Service Manager to work with Centrolina and Piccolina. The Beverage and Service Manager is is responsible for overseeing, implementing and managing the beverage and service program.At Centrolina’s retail wing, Chef Amy Brandwein dons the grocer’s apron, giving her guests a shopping experience that reflects her personal experiences with Italian cooking and the products and produce she loves and uses.Imported and specialty items share counter space with fantastic local produce, meat, cheese and seafood. Grocery items include dried pasta from all over Italy as well as fresh pasta made from the Centrolina kitchen, accompanied by nearly a dozen house-made sauces.
