The Center for Visual Artists (CVA) is the merger of two long-standing Greensboro community visual arts agencies, The Center for Creative Arts (est. 1965) and the Greensboro Artists’ League (est. 1956). These organizations joined forces in 2005 to form a comprehensive art education center that encompasses both arts education and art exhibition. The Center for Visual Artists (CVA) is a non-profit organization that supports emerging artists of all ages through educational programs, exhibition opportunities, and community outreach.
