But, more than that, beyond the usual services that are everywhere and focus on particular aspects of care or organization, I help people find themselves again. You can experience beauty in the day to day while living your own life that includes dreams and plans for your future. Together we discover passions lost and move past the feelings of guilt caregivers have when taking a little time for themselves. Ask any caregiver what haunts them and I bet they say guilt. Been there. But I worked past it and recognized it for what it was. I came up with ideas that kept me out of depression and aware that I had a life to live, too.
