We provide comprehensive home assessments (audits) and retrofit services to 1-4 family homes in Brooklyn and Queens, specializing in making historic homes comfortable, safe and energy efficient. After the assessment, we recommend energy measures than are economically viable. We then perform the work with the help of other BPI Accredited Home Performance Contractors who specialize in the various disciplines. Throughout this process the homeowner continues to work directly with us. Finally, we test the home again to make sure that the measures were correctly installed and the home is comfortable and safe.
