In addition to the mobile personal training I also offer online interactive training. I have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years and have an extensive educational background in fitness and nutrition and continue to educate myself with ongoing curriculum. I also hold boot camps for adults and children as well and offer training for the Presidential Fitness Test and my studio is certified as an authorized training facility to administer the Presidential Fitness Test.
