This New Jersey native (like "Ol' Blue Eyes" himself) has been interested in performing since childhood, but like a lot of people his dream of entertaining for a living was sidetracked. So he decided to do what would make him happy. Born of Italian descent, he grew up exposed to all genres of music, especially the style of Sinatra, so he started singing his songs. Since he was going to sing Sinatra songs he adopted a name to match, so from Sinatra`s movie "Pal Joey" came "Pal Joey" Olivo. "Pal Joey" Olivo has been performing every Saturday night for the past six years at Bellini Restaurant in Dunedin Fl. Bellini was rated #2 of the top five hundred restaurants in the State last year, by (Golden Spoon Magazine). Although, he has been singing at Bellini for the past six years, Joey does the majority of his gigs for private venues.
