Kim Bingham, our founding attorney, came from a twenty year career in public service. Kim has lived most of his life here in the foothills in El Dorado County. Having adopted 5 boys, Kim decided it was time to take his experience with the law and blended families to the private sector to help others. With his extensive background in the inner workings of governmental systems, Kim is able to help our clients navigate the minutia of governmental regulations. John Richey came to the Bingham Law Group after nearly twenty years of operating a small business here in the Sacramento region. John also has a large family and has lived in Placer County for most of his adult life and loves the region and all it has to offer.
