In 2010 two friends got together to open an authentic New England seafood chowder house; Bill Reynolds (Boston trained Chef) and Lance Wagner (owner of Little Lou’s BBQ). Billy’s Boston Chowder House is like so many seaside restaurants known by the locals as their favorite family seafood eatery. More than a clam shack or lobster pound but a full service seafood restaurant. The essence of great New England Chowder House is not about elegance, it is about quality ingredients simply prepared so the natural flavor of seafood and fresh vegetables take center stage.
