Private practice in Westchase. I see adults, college students, young adults and adolescents for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, as well as academic and athletic performance. Provide ART for trauma, traumatic memoires, fears phobia, evaluation apprehension, and performance anxiety. My practice is focused on managing emotions, lifestyle change, wellness, stress management and weight management. I work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to target specific wellness related goals. I provide traditional and mindfulness based psychotherapy services Consult on design and facilitation of wellness and weight loss programs with emphasis on behavioral medicine and education. Facilitate workshops in mindfulness and mindfulness based approach to regulating eating behaviors. Currently a consultant and clinical provider for ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) research at USF College of Nursing.
