Avery is a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Surveying. He began his surveying career in 1984, returned to college and was licensed to practice land surveying in New Jersey in 1996. Mr. Avery served as boundary analyst and project manager for a large engineering/surveying firm for several years and as analyst and supervisor of office and field operations for a land surveying firm. Mr. Avery formed Avery Surveying LLC in November of 2009. Mr. Avery is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors, the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping.
