Assist Her, Inc. is an Illinois non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of issues unique to the lives of girls between the ages of 12-18 years. Assist Her, Inc. offers prevention, literacy, and mentoring programs, as well as customized workshops for parents, schools and organizations, professional development training, and community events. Through our programs, we commit to empowering every girl to develop and express her greatest strengths. The adolescent years can be rather difficult for young girls, and many often struggle with insecurities, lack of guidance, and depression. Our programs are designed to lead each girl toward discovering her “true self” – a young lady who possesses compassion, creativity, positive self- image, and courage.
