Archaeological Research Inc. (ARI) is a full-service cultural resource management firm. We specialize in all areas of archaeological and historical evaluations in compliance with federal and state regulations. Our staff assists our clients through various steps in the NEPA and Section 106 process. In addition we work with government and private groups on museum and tourism planning projects. Since its inception in 1991, ARI has completed surveys throughout the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma. ARI has experience in all phases of archaeological and historical investigations, data recovery and data recovery plans, Historic American Building Survey (HABS) and Historic American Engineering Record (HAER). ARI has been the lead firm on preservation planning and management project.
