All products are virtually insoluble in cold/cool water, thus providing a strong bond in the presence of aqueous cutting lubricants and coolants. The use of Aquaclean 900â„¢ greatly speeds debonding and aids in producing very clean finished parts. Aquabond 55â„¢ has the lowest melting & bonding temperature and is generally used for lapping, back grinding, wafer bonding & wafer thinning. It puddles quickly and can spread as thin as four microns. Our Aquaclean 900â„¢ detergent is a concentrated powder-form non-foaming detergent that cleans most materials.
