AndOnMobile is a “pre-programmed” Lean Tool incorporating Andon and OEE metrics to display production performance in Real Time combining Power over Ethernet/IP (POE/IP) score boarding, true MP3 Audio annunciation, wired or wireless HMI’s, bar code scanning in order to maximize plant efficiency and reduce waste. With AndOnMobile, not only do you know instantly the cell/line is down but you also know why it is down by operator inputted reason codes as well as Andon notification reason codes.
