I am a Certified Health Coach and Registered Yoga Instructor with one mission in mind - to guide busy people toward healthy, happy and balanced lifestyles. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of individual's lives are connected and how each part affects overall health.
