About Amptweaker, LLC
Amptweaker LLC is a custom Guitar Amplifier and Effects Pedal manufacturer, founded by James Brown. James previously designed amplifiers at Peavey Electronics and Kustom Amplification, including heading up the engineering of Eddie Van Halen's 5150 models, Joe Satriani's JSX amp, and the Classic and Triple XXX amps during the 90s. After leaving Peavey in 2004, he was the Chief Engineer at Kustom for 8 years, and finally started this company to work directly with consumers and artists to develop products using suggestions they sent in on the amptweaker.com website.
