Alternative Vehicle Solutions (AVS) began as a division of Lancer Automotive Group in 2008. Lancer Automotive Group is family owned and operated automotive business that has been proudly serving Utah since 1989. In 2012 AVS became part of the Dan T Moore portfolio which includes NatGasCar and Eco Wise. OUR MISSION: “To increase public awareness in reducing pollution and dependency on foreign oil by providing options to safely convert gasoline vehicles to use local, clean burning, natural gas.” AVS began by participating in community events to increase public awareness that natural gas is an accessible option for the public. Over the years, AVS has become a leader in the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle industry. We have provided EPA Certified options to convert vehicles to natural gas, become a supplier of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) natural gas components, have provided technical support across the country, and have become a leader in natural gas vehicle repair.
