Mr. Glenn Dildy, combining his life-long love affair with aviation and boating, with his talent for software systems design, originally conceived of a system for use in hotels to allow their guests to quickly locate landmarks around the city of Los Angeles from their hotel rooms. What started out as a relatively straightforward idea gradually evolved into the MyConcierge personal hospitality system for luxury hotels. Our small team of dedicated and talented individuals from a cross-section of high technology domains, combined to create in a relatively short period an extremely potent solution to leveraging the often inaccessible experiential knowledge of the hotel staff with the power of computer networks.
