AJC Legal Services is a trade name of the Cuticchia Law Firm, PLLC. It was started in 2010 by Dr. A. James Cuticchia. Dr. Cuticchia holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of Georgia, and a JD degree, with high honors, from North Carolina Central University. He is a member of the NC Bar and practices in North Carolina. He also is a U.S. Registered Patent Attorney and also practices before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Our specialty is "Entrepreneurial Law." This was the founding focus of the firm.
