ACCESS ST HELENA is a community outreach group bringing you information about some long-awaited highway improvement projects along Hwy 29 between Rutherford and St Helena. ACCESS ST HELENA is a coordinated effort of private and public entities working together to mitigate the short-term impacts of construction. During the work, all of Napa Valley will absolutely be open and accessible for business. The whole team is committed to keeping traffic flowing during construction. In the first phase, PG&E crews will be trenching so that all the overhead utilities and services can be placed underground and poles can be removed. This will make it safer and bring back some amazing Napa Valley views for travelers on Hwy 29 to enjoy.
