As a coach/mentor, I take on a mission to personally evolve each player athletically, academically, and socially while executing an outstanding teaching ability on the basketball court. I have this vision that consists of success in every aspect of a detailed basketball training program. My experience allows us to speak on past successes that have played an important role in the growth and maturity of a player's long range success. When lessons are taught 50 years from now, I want written into the curriculum the philosophy of 80/20 Basketball.. This philosophy of practice, practice, practice, practice and play. My vision is one of teamwork, dominance, strength, integrity, community, passion, courage, trust and belief.
