Used as a sales, marketing, and relationship-building tool, it is aimed at creating value for both client establishments and their consumers by increasing sales and developing a memorable consumer experience. Though many digital menu products exist, the technologies behind VinTouch are not limited to just the restaurant. 5sense seeks to build a framework that provides stakeholders in the hospitality industry tools for CRM & loyalty, advertising, and reporting & analytics.
