3D Fitness is movement studio where clients are encouraged to connect mind and body to strengthen the power of both every day. We are a progressive training studio with half the building dedicated to Pilates, including equipment such as reformers, towers and chairs. The other half is more difficult to describe; Personal & Small Group Training can have many meanings to people. At 3D Fitness, our objective is to get your body the results you want, without doing any harm along the way.
